Responsibilities
- Negotiate and draft real estate contracts
- Provide guidance on real estate transactions and property pricing
- Manage property listings and conduct property showings
- Offer excellent customer service to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay updated on real estate laws, market trends, and fair housing regulations
Requirements
- Active Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of real estate law
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with fair housing regulations and ethical practices in real estate industry
