Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in Islandia, NY. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for identifying and securing property listings, conducting market analyses, negotiating leases and sales, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves providing consulting services on the marketing potential of various property types and collaborating with the broader NAI Global network to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions.
Qualifications
- Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate skills
- Real Estate License
- Brokerage and Sales skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Long Island commercial real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is beneficial
