Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and property values.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Prepare property listings, including photographs and descriptions, to attract potential buyers or renters.
- Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors.
Requirements
- Proven experience with closing transactions as an active Real Estate Agent.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
- Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as be a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid real estate license is required.

Pay: $93,706.00 - $108,129.00 per year
