Job Overview
Ebenezer is looking for a
Sales and Outreach Director to join our senior living team in Naples, Fl to help assist in crafting and implementing a marketing plan aimed at maintaining full occupancy for our Amira Choice Naples Assisted Living & Memory Care community. This role will be based primarily in the building/community and significant time is dedicated to working with external referral resources. This position's schedule includes:
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Day/Evening shift - flexibility for events, meetings, etc
- One weekend day per month for Manager on Duty
- Holidays as needed

Job Duties
- Establishes and supports a sales and marketing plan aimed at full occupancy
- Promotes positive customer relations
- Serves as a resource to residents and families seeking information
- Assumes special projects as assigned
Required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree – Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of previous experience – with successful occupancy development experience
- Basic computer skills: MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets & database management
Preferred
- Three to five years of previous experience
- Experience in presentations using PowerPoint
