The firm is looking for a mid to senior-level Associate with expertise in Real Estate and Lending to join its Transactional Practice Group. The firm serves a diverse range of clients, including closely held businesses, large publicly traded corporations, and every type of enterprise in between. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
- Independently handle various components of transactions while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with an experienced team to represent developers, investors, and lenders in complex real estate matters.
- Provide strategic guidance and support throughout high-profile, multifaceted real estate transactions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- 5+ years of commercial real estate and or lending experience
- Current admission in good standing to either the Massachusetts or Rhode Island bar is required, both preferred.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address the commercial implications of legal issues.
