The Position
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented Talent Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to fill various positions within the organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, senior leadership, and HR teams to ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently. This position will have responsibility for:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and networking events to source and engage potential candidates.
- Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Job Description Creation: Work with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers and teams to understand staffing needs, candidate profiles, and ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
- Job Offer Negotiation: Present job offers to candidates, negotiate terms, and facilitate the offer acceptance process.
- Data Management: Maintain an up-to-date candidate database, tracking candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to candidates, acting as an ambassador for the organization.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure the recruitment process is competitive and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with social media, job boards, and professional networking platforms for sourcing candidates.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
Salary – Commensurate with experience
