POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and people-focused HR leader to join our team as Director, HR Business Partner supporting our Technology organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as a key partner to senior tech leaders—driving people strategies that fuel innovation, performance, and growth.
You’ll operate across the full HR spectrum: talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, team member engagement, and total rewards. This role requires someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer—comfortable influencing senior leaders and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Be a Strategic Partner to Tech Leadership:
- Align people strategies with business goals to support organizational growth and innovation.
- Advise on workforce planning, team structure, change management, and leadership development.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure success.
Lead Tech Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles—from sourcing to offer.
- Develop hiring strategies and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to build effective, equitable, and scalable hiring processes.
- Oversee relationships with external parties i.e. staffing agencies, outsourced partners, etc.
Drive Performance & Talent Development:
- Champion a culture of high performance, continuous feedback, and development.
- Ensure clarity in roles, performance expectations, and smooth onboarding / offboarding for tech team members.
- Guide performance reviews, talent assessments, and succession planning.
- Partner with leaders and L&D on career growth and leadership development programs.
Advance Organizational Effectiveness:
- Lead org design discussions and support structural and cultural changes that drive effectiveness, performance, and accountability.
- Partner with senior leadership on change management initiatives, including communication and development plans.
- Align talent strategy with business evolution through thoughtful planning and execution.
Support Culture & Engagement:
- Help build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and support team-building and onboarding efforts.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and foster open, respectful communication.
Advise on Total Rewards:
- Partner with the Total Rewards team to ensure compensation decisions are market-aligned and equitable.
- Support planning for merit cycles, promotions, and incentive programs.
Track Metrics & Drive Insights:
- Monitor and report on key HR and talent metrics (e.g., time to fill, turnover, engagement, performance outcomes).
- Use data to identify trends, shape strategy, and support continuous improvement.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives through a data-driven lens.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years working with technology or product teams.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, org design, and leadership coaching.
- A strategic mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
