- $18.15to $20.47 an hourbase rate (shift differential for non-daylight positions)
- Pay rates are not negotiable
- Our entry-level laborers are essential to the operations of our company and include positions such as:
- Press Laborer
- Inspector Packer
- Sorter Packer
- Granule Mixer Operator
Job Requirements:
- All candidates must be able torotate between 1st and 2nd shifts. (Some higher paidpositions rotate weekly; 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift)
- Must be able to work over-time as required.
- Mostly Monday-Friday with over-time on the weekends, when necessary
- Must be able to follow work instruction andto keep accurate records as required
- Must have the ability to measure small parts for long periods of time, perform AQL, and records
- Must be able to unload parts into containers, cartons, and weigh on scales
- Must be able to perform visual quality checks
- Must be able to wear required PPE
Job Summary:
- Labor intensive position
- Works in various departments throughout the facility in a laborer role
- Previous manufacturing and fork lift experience preferred but not required
- Will be using various basic tools and equipment
- These are not assembly line positions
