Looking for an experienced grading & utilities laborer. Some equipment experienced prefered but not required. Willing to teach the right candidate.
DUTIES:
• Abiltiy to work outdoors in all conditions.
•Be on call for emergency repairs as needed (very rare).
• Willing to work late as needed.
• Being accountable
• Being on time every day with the companies best inerest in mind.
• Being teachable, meaning willing to learn. I don’t need a know it all.
• Have a good ethical, moral background with a great personality willing to grow and achieve great things for both themself and the company
PERKS:
• Salaried position with full benefits after 30 days. 401k after 90 days.
• 8am-5pm monday through friday unless needed otherwise. (Rare)
• Being salary youre guaranteed 40’hours a week, paid semi monthly.
