Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Richardson, TX for an Entry-Level Recruiter. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and coordinating the hiring process with hiring managers. Additional tasks include developing job postings, attending job fairs, and building relationships with potential talent.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with recruitment software and tools is a plus
