As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for matching caregivers with clients, managing complex schedules, and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients. This is a highly relational role where you’ll need to be assertive, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks while working closely with caregivers and clients alike.
This is
not a medical office role scheduling patient appointments or managing front desk duties. Instead, it involves coordinating caregiver schedules for in-home care, ensuring the right match between caregivers and clients to meet their unique care needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs
- Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients, understanding their preferences and availability
- Take initiative in resolving scheduling conflicts and maintaining efficient operations
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all scheduling activities
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth and effective care delivery
