The client:
A life science real estate investment firm are looking for an EA / Office Manager to join the New York team.

The Role:
Key Executive Assistant responsibilities include:
- Providing daily support to three executives and the office manager
- Managing complex diaries and scheduling meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Handling expense management and timesheets
- Ensuring smooth office operations, including managing supplies, liaising with contractors, and assisting with office relocations
- Supporting employee onboarding
- Preparing meeting agendas and presentations
- Greeting guests to ensure a positive experience for clients and vendors
- Contributing to company culture through event planning and team-building activities
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful EA will:
- Work effectively across departments in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Maintain discretion and handle confidential information with care
- Be a proactive self-starter with a positive attitude
- Be a quick learner with an interest in real estate and life sciences
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Manage multiple priorities and conflicting tasks effectively
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Details & Benefits:
- Working hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
- Hybrid schedule: Required in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; Mondays and Fridays are remote, though flexibility is expected
