Job Summary
We’re hiring a full-time, real estate assistant whose #1 goal is to buy back time for a top-producing Waco agent by being available, proactive, and plugged in. Your job is to keep the show moving—running around town, managing showings, property tasks, signage, CRM, and email campaigns, while also supporting the brand’s growing presence online.
You’ll be the operational engine behind a high-volume real estate business—handling the things that slow most agents down so your agent can stay focused on closing deals and building relationships. This is a fast-paced, high-trust role with real growth potential.

Duties
- Showings & Property Access: Open doors for buyers, meet vendors, install/remove signs and lockboxes, prep listings
- Errands & On-the-Ground Support: Pick up earnest money checks, deliver pop-bys, coordinate listing materials, etc.
- CRM Management: Keep the client database clean, updated, and segmented for easy follow-up
- Email Campaigns: Create/send email updates, listing announcements, and client check-ins using templates and automation tools
- Social Media Support: Assist with content creation and posting—Instagram, Reels, Canva graphics, market updates, and property reels
- Calendar & Scheduling Support: Help prevent overlaps and ensure appointments are well-organized
- Flex Weekend Availability: Saturdays are expected, and if you work Sundays, you’ll get a weekday off (usually Tuesday)
Experience
- Licensed Real Estate Agent in Texas or willing to obtain. (Required)
- Available on Saturdays and can flex your week based on client/showing needs
- Comfortable being “on call” for quick tasks, especially evenings/weekends
- Trustworthy, adaptable, and cool under pressure
- Comfortable with basic design tools (Canva), email tools (Mailchimp/Follow Up Boss/etc.), and Instagram
- A people person who can represent a brand with professionalism and friendliness
