Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented real estate assistant to provide high-level support to a top-performing broker.
This full-time, in-office role requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage daily operations, handle administrative tasks, and oversee transaction processes in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings and showings, and monitor emails.
- Client Interaction: Handle inquiries and manage client communication.
- Listing Management: Prepare listing agreements, enter MLS data, and coordinate showings, inspections, and open houses.
- Transaction Management: Oversee contracts and timelines, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Tech Proficiency: Use MLS, CRM, and other tools to manage listings and client data.
- Team Collaboration: Ensure coordination with team members on all projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Colorado real estate license required.
- Experience in fast-paced administrative roles, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to build client relationships.
- Self-starter with a proactive, resourceful attitude and a passion for real estate.
