About The Position
Tito's Handmade Vodka is seeking an
HR Business Partner that loves to be hands-on and meets challenges as opportunities. This is a broad role encompassing all HR activities across the employee lifecycle from hire to retirement.
We are seeking a strong communicator who can build relationships across the team, fostering a supportive and empowering work environment. As the primary HR point of contact for the division you serve, you will provide guidance and support to employees and managers while demonstrating exceptional stakeholder management and time management skills to effectively address HR needs and priorities.
Job Responsibilities
- Coach managers of people to lead their teams effectively, including everything from hiring the best people to motivating, developing and recognizing them
- Build relationships with them and offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
- Use data and benchmarking to support your proposals.
- Autonomously lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs.
- Drive a strong performance culture and support managers with performance management, up to and including termination processes
- Conduct investigations related to employee relations concerns such as complaints, conflicts and misconduct
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, while exhibiting a flexible and innovative approach to support business goals
- Proactively identify efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness within HR and talent programming
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support the recruiting process and interviewers ensure we're evaluating candidates effectively and hiring the best candidate.
Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent work experience in Human Resources field (a degree in organizational development would be the icing on the cake)
- HR Professional Certification SHRM or HRCI required
- Full stack HR experience with entire employee life cycle
- Extensive knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the Company
- Effective organizational skills
- Effective research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
