Real Estate Executive & Personal Assistant (Westside LA, Flexible, Full-Time)

About the Role
I’m looking for a polished, proactive, and highly capable Real Estate Executive & Personal Assistant to support both my real estate business and aspects of my personal life. This is a hybrid role that blends business development, real estate operations, and executive/personal assistant responsibilities.
The workspace is flexible—while you’ll primarily work from home, you must be located on the Westside of Los Angeles and be readily available for in-person tasks such as showings, errands, walkthroughs, or strategic conversations. I expect availability when needed but do not anticipate having someone around my home for extended periods without purpose. This is a long-term position with meaningful opportunity for growth in the real estate and investment space. You will act as my No. 2 and will play a key role in helping move both life and business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new listing opportunities and maintain contact with brokers, past clients, and warm leads
- Conduct outreach and research to uncover seller opportunities in key Los Angeles neighborhoods
- Represent me professionally at showings, walkthroughs, or client-facing meetings
- Screen, evaluate, and present potential real estate investment opportunities (multifamily, flips, etc.)
- Assist with light financial modeling, deal tracking, and market research
- Contribute to development and maintenance of an updated personal real estate website and social media accounts
- Handle CRM updates and help manage listings using the MLS
- Manage inbox, calendars, scheduling, and follow-ups across business and personal contexts
- Handle basic property management for both personal residences and income properties (e.g. vetting vendors, coordinating repairs, tracking bills, researching insurance)
- Coordinate errands, household logistics, and personal tasks—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
- Live on the Westside of LA and can handle in-person tasks or showings on short notice
- Have experience in real estate, executive assistance, or operations
- Are professional, articulate, and confident on the phone and in-person
- Take initiative and can manage your time without constant oversight
- Are comfortable handling everything from investment analysis to dry cleaning pickups
- Can interface effectively with agents, brokers, clients, vendors, and family members
- Are familiar with Google Suite, CRM systems, digital organization tools, and real estate platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as an assistant, project coordinator, or in a real estate-related role
- Strong communication and follow-through skills
- Presentable and polished demeanor in professional settings
- High level of discretion, accountability, and trustworthiness
- Financial modeling or deal analysis experience is a plus
