Position Description
The Operational Excellence Department at Surrey Place is seeking a Data Entry Clerk. Reporting to the Manager Data Analytics, the Data Entry Clerk plays a critical supporting role in data management and will be responsible for the collection and input of service data for Early Years Programs.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintenance of HCD-ISCIS ministry database to enter and report mandatory ministry data report requirements for Early Years Programs
- Inputting data into HCD-ISICS, identifying missing data, and running local reports.
- Verifying and validating data from multiple data sources (e.g., service providers from other organizations)
- Perform additional clerical duties as requested by the Manager.
Qualifications
- Post secondary diploma in Administration.
- 6 months related work experience.
- Understanding of relational database principles and demonstrated knowledge of client databases.
- Familiarity of working in SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, and CRM environment an asset.
- Able to work in a highly collaborative environment and a great team player.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- The successful candidate must provide an acceptable Vulnerable Sector Screening.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in French is considered an asset.
