DIPTYQUE- The Maison of Artistic Luxury has established itself as one of the leading, innovative brands in the home and personal fragrance market today. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Intern to support our Customer Service team.
Job Summary
This is a non-customer-facing role focused on the operational and backend functions that keep our service running smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience with e-commerce operations, customer support tools, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Help track and report on customer service KPI’s such as sales performance, advisor metrics, and response times
- Process returns and exchanges for online orders, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Work on ad hoc projects, including conducting market research to identify trends, best practices, and areas for improvement
- Assist with shipping customer samples and replacement parts
- Provide administrative and operational support, including creating return labels, replacement orders and other administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, and Retail teams to share insights, improve customer experiences, and resolve inquiries
- Help identify and implement solutions to improve customer service workflows and enhance the overall customer journey
Skills & Attributes
- Willingness/ability to learn new tasks quickly with careful attention to detail
- Customer-centric and passionate about improving the customer experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive self-starter/solution oriented
- Analytical mindset with an interest in market research and data analysis
- Interest & experience in luxury space
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, Kustomer) a plus
