Job Summary
The Senior Level/ VP Leasing Agent is responsible for finding tenants for a large portfolio of Class A commercial office buildings. This position will focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue through effective marketing, property tours, and lease negotiations. This position will report to the Office Principals and work closely with other members of Endeavor’s office leasing team. This position is located in Austin, TX.
Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
- Representation of institutional office landlords for all leasing functions.
- Discovers, engages, and advances each office lease prospect and follows up through lease completion.
- Oversee all aspects of leases.
- Evaluates and tracks the office market stats advising landlords on current market leasing trends, terms, and competitive transactions to provide thoughtful recommendations to office owners.
- Analysis of lease metrics and impact on assets values and owners returns.
- Create and foster relationships with commercial office property owners, brokers, and tenants.
- Manage marketing efforts for the leased properties.
- Negotiate Letters of Intent.
- Prepare lease proposals and review contract information with landlord to ensure complete understanding.
- Prepare for and complete property tours with brokers and tenants.
- Provide current brokers and prospective tenants with great customer service to retain tenants and lease properties.
- Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times when dealing with tenants, clients, prospects, employees, and outside brokers.

Education/Experience
- BS, BA, or BBA degree required.
- 3+ years of experience leasing institutional commercial office space required.
- Previous analyst experience helpful and/or previous experience in finance.
- Texas Real Estate License required, or in progress of completing.
