Property Administrator:-
Job Summary
The candidate will work as a Property Coordinator responsible for administrative support in property management tasks such as handling communications, managing office supplies, processing invoices and payments, and maintaining records. They will also coordinate with various staff members and vendors to ensure smooth operations within the property. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who helps manage a building by answering calls, organizing paperwork, sending bills to tenants, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Location; Onsite in Washington DC
Compensation: $50-$55K.
This is an entry level role for someone excited to break into the Commercial Real Estate field on Class A Office properties.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn specialized property management software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with invoice processing using QuickBooks
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Yardi system for accounts payable
Skill Education
- MS Office: A suite of applications including Word for document creation, Excel for spreadsheets and data analysis, and Outlook for email communication.
- QuickBooks: Accounting software used for financial management tasks like invoicing.
