Responsibilities:-
Develop leads within the Santa Monica area to expand the client base

Participate in training sessions aimed at enhancing real estate knowledge and skills

Follow up diligently on leads until appointments are scheduled with a listing or buyer’s agent

Maintain consistent communication with homebuyers through phone calls and emails to foster relationships and increase brand awareness

Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress toward company goals

Respond to sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients

Ensure accurate customer information is maintained for agents using the CRM system

Efficiently arrange and conduct appointments with clients to provide outstanding service
