What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is
enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous leasing or real estate experience preferred, but we’ll train if you have a strong customer service, sales, or hospitality background.
- Strong communication and organizational skills – You'll need to stay on top of various tasks and communicate clearly with residents and prospects.
- Tech-savvy – Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms (especially Facebook and Instagram) is a plus.
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Weekend availability is required (Saturdays are a key part of our leasing process).
What You’ll Do As a Leasing Professional
As part of our team, you'll be the face of The Huntley, interacting with potential residents, current tenants, and the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Showing model apartments and completing lease agreements.
- Collecting rental deposits and assisting residents through the leasing process.
- Maintaining resident and property records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Building relationships with local businesses to promote the community.
- Ensuring model apartments and vacant units are always tour-ready.
- Responding to resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conducting regular property inspections to ensure quality and readiness for showings.
- Adhering to Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
