Director of Acquisitions

We are looking for a Director of Acquisitions for a commercial real estate company that owns 3+ million feet of commercial office, retail and light-industrial properties across the Northern Midwest. The position will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing of new acquisition real estate investments.

To be qualified you must have a bachelor degree or higher and at least 6 years of commercial property real estate acquisitions, analysis, and underwriting experience. You must have expert MS Excel skills, being able to create and refine models for commercial real estate investments. Argus experience is preferred but not necessary.

This position is IN OFFICE, 5 days per week in the Detroit area and will require approximately 25 to 30% travel.
