Honey Homes is a new membership service for homeowners that proactively addresses the everyday to-do’s, ongoing maintenance, and unexpected repairs that come with homeownership. Members are paired with a dedicated handyman who regularly visits their home with a simple app to coordinate. We’re on a mission to make home upkeep effortless, replacing hassle and stress with the joy that comes from comfortable living.
Now, we’re on the lookout for an energetic and ambitious Associate Recruiter to help us build an exceptional team. You’ll work closely with our Lead Recruiter to support the hiring process and help grow our team. Whether you’re a recent grad or someone eager to break into the world of talent acquisition, this role is your gateway to learning the ropes of recruiting in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
Location: Oakland, CA (In-office)
Role Type: Contract-to-hire (3 months) with potential for full-time conversion based on performance
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Be the backbone of our recruiting process: Source top talent, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
🔹 Engage and connect: Communicate with candidates, keep them informed, and make their experience with us nothing short of amazing.
🔹 Own job postings: Craft compelling job listings and keep them up to date across multiple platforms.
🔹 Coordinate interviews like a pro: Schedule and organize interviews, liaise with hiring managers, and gather feedback.
🔹 Track and optimize: Maintain candidate data, track key recruiting metrics, and help us refine our hiring strategy.
🔹 Support onboarding: Assist with offer letters, pre-employment logistics, and new hire coordination to ensure a smooth start for incoming team members.
🔹 Drive efficiency: Spot opportunities to enhance our hiring processes and contribute fresh ideas.
