Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent at NextHome Crawford & Nelson. The role is based in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area but allows for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for customer service, real estate sales, and managing real property transactions on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Real Estate License and Real Estate skills
Customer Service and Sales skills
Experience in managing real property transactions
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local real estate market trends
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
