Primary Responsibilites
- Properly dispose of trash and any unused material
- Removing any items left behind in unit by previous resident
- Utilize proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary
- Digging out basements (jackhammering, shoveling, operating a chainsaw)
- Installing egress windows
- Waterproofing basements
- Installing carbon fiber strips
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Driver’s License and valid car insurance
- Personal, reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Service mentality and a thirst for learning
- Positive Can-Do Attitude
- Excellent Attendance

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
