If you're licensed, experienced, and ready to focus your time on income-generating activities, we’ll provide the deal flow, tools, and support you need to succeed — without the distractions of cold calling, marketing, or backend admin.

What We’re Looking For:
You’re likely a strong fit if you:
- Hold an active Illinois real estate broker’s license
- Have your own car and are comfortable driving in the city
- Have at least 1 year of real estate experience (rentals or sales)
- Are client-focused, proactive, and execution-driven
- Prefer a high-performance team culture over corporate structure
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to move quickly
- Value clear communication, accountability, and strong support systems
