As we continue to grow, we are launching an internal property management division and are looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale this operation from the ground up.
The Role:
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Property Management to take charge of our newly launched internal property management division. This is an opportunity to shape the future of property management within our company—establishing processes, building a team, and ensuring our communities offer exceptional living experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement property management systems and processes for a growing portfolio of boutique apartments.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring top-tier property performance, tenant satisfaction, and financial success.
- Create a staffing strategy for this unique asset class
- Collaborate with ownership and development teams to optimize property performance and value.
- Establish best-in-class resident relations strategies that align with our company’s commitment to quality and service.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational efficiencies.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of experience in apartment property management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you’re excited to build something new and take ownership of a growing division.
- Strong leadership and operational skills, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- Knowledge of Texas property management laws and regulations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.
