HOW MUCH?
Average first-year OTE is $125-150K, all in uncapped and upfront-paid commissions.
Good first-year OTE is $150-200K;
great is $200K+ (doable, not a sold pipe-dream).
Different tiers for different hunger — but we explain all in real life examples, if you make the 2nd interview.

- Outside-the-box analytics; creative problem-solving.
