Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent located in Tampa, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing residential sales and leasing transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining knowledge of current market trends. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with clients to meet their real estate needs.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Proven Sales abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the Tampa, FL real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
