Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for customer service, helping to facilitate smooth operations within our office. This role is essential in providing administrative support, managing property listings, and ensuring effective communication with clients and members.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing property listings, including updating information on various platforms and marketing materials.
Provide administrative support by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars for real estate agents.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
Conduct market research to assist in pricing strategies and property evaluations.
Support the negotiation process by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating meetings.
Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Maintain an organized workspace and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document preparation and data entry, manage data base.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
