Pay: $110,000 - $130,000 (some flexibility)with bonus
A leading real estate investment and management firm is seeking a Senior Associate - Asset Management to oversee property performance, financial analysis, and strategic asset planning for a portfolio of affordable housing properties. What You'll Do:
- Monitor and analyze property performance, identifying opportunities to improve financial returns
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned properties
- Maintain relationships with lenders, investors, and property management teams
- Ensure regulatory compliance, tax payments, and escrow funding
- Assist with due diligence, refinancing, acquisitions, and portfolio growth
- Support the transition of projects from Development to Operations
