Summary Job Description
The general residential construction laborer will take on interior and exterior new home build work as well as site/land/groundwork needed for the new home property.
Required
Education & Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of residential construction experience.
- Valid MA Driver’s license with clean record.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
Preferred
- CDL – Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License.
- Experience with different trades.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly employee – $20 to $25/hr. based on skills and experience.
- Paid holidays (6) – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
- Vacation time – 10 days per year.
