Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and underwrite investment opportunities across real estate asset classes
- Financial modeling, valuation, and presentation preparation for investment committees and investors
- Participate in due diligence and manage external service providers
- Develop and review cash flows, budgets, and capital plans for fund investments
- Work with operating partners and management teams on strategic and financial initiatives
- Monitor and report on fund investments
- Maintain relationships with brokers, partners, investors, and other stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in real estate private equity, asset management, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Strong academic background (Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics)
- Exceptional financial modeling and asset-level underwriting skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with Argus and financial data tools (CoStar, Bloomberg) a plus
