Position: Acquisitions Associate / Bird Dog
About the Role:
As an Acquisitions Associate at Kings Beach Residential, you’ll work closely with agents, buyers, and sellers, helping them navigate the residential real estate market. Your ability to connect, build relationships, and close deals will be key to your success in this role. We provide all the tools, training, and one-on-one coaching you need to excel in this exciting field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Scouring the MLS, Zillow, Redfin, and other sites daily to find great fix and flip opportunities. Writing multiple offers each day.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with agents, escrow officers, property managers, and more to increase access to off-market opportunities.
• Sales Meetings: Participate in regular team meetings to review goals, share successes, and strategize for continued growth.
• Pipeline Management: Work alongside managers to assess and expand your sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities and closing deals.
• Follow-Up: Maintain a professional, organized approach to tracking and following up on leads and prospects.
• Property Walkthroughs: Conduct property tours and showcase available listings to potential buyers.

Additional Information:
• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: Bonus opportunities, commission pay, and uncapped earnings potential
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shifts. Flexible schedule, remote work available.
• Location: In-person at Kings Beach Residential office, San Diego, CA, as well as the ability to work from home some days.
