Overview
We are seeking motivated and hungry individuals to join our real estate team out of Los Angeles, CA. This position is 100% commission, however our reps can make anywhere from $90,000 - $300,000 their first year working with us. We are a real estate company that focuses on investments. We purchase homes nationwide to fix and flip, do real estate developments, and wholesale properties as well. In our team you will not be doing any door knocking or spending long hours in the sun. You will be focused on calling hot leads ready to sell their property. We will train you on everything needed to win in our team even if you have little to no experience. Also, their is no real estate license needed to begin with us. You must be able to dedicate Monday - Friday with us and will have opportunities to make money weekly through competitive bonuses. Duties
- Make Calls from 9:00am - 5:00pm PST
- Turn qualified leads to closes
- Negotiate with property owners
- Run comparable sales to analyze properties
- Participate in weekly trainings
