About the Role
Omega Home & Auto Care is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and service providers, handling a wide range of inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and care. You will play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience by managing communications, resolving issues, and supporting essential administrative processes. This role is based in Greater St. Louis or can be remote.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, service providers, and internal departments.
- Handle customer inquiries related to billing, account information, claims, contract status, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Manage and respond to administrative emails within a 24-hour window; make updates in CRM systems as needed.
- Process provider payments, reimbursements, and claim postings accurately.
- Perform contract follow-ups and maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Support daily operations by assisting representatives across various departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or client support role
- Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with administrative workflows
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Prior experience in sales or a people-oriented environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced setting
