Commercial Real Estate Analyst (Onsite, Boston)
A growing real estate investment firm, located South West of Boston, is actively seeking a 1-3+ year Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join their team. This is a full-time role offering a strong all-in compensation package. If you’re interested, please keep reading.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate the performance of potential real estate investments, including multi-family and industrial properties
- Analyze cash flows, returns, and key metrics such as IRR, ROI, and cap rates
- Conduct comprehensive market research on property values, rental rates, and market trends in the multi-family and industrial sectors
- Provide insights into market conditions and property performance to support investment decisions
- Assist in the due diligence process for new acquisitions, including reviewing financials, leases, tenant information, and conducting site visits
- Prepare detailed financial analyses (cash flow projections, returns modeling, scenario testing) in Excel and Argus
- Support property valuation efforts by analyzing comparable sales, lease rates, and other key market data
- Perform discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis and other valuation methodologies to estimate asset values
- Prepare investment reports, financial summaries, and presentations for senior leadership and investors
- Present findings on market conditions, property performance, and investment opportunities
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Must be willing to work onsite 5X a week
- 1-3 years of Commercial RE experience
