Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a full-time, remote role!
This position is offering a salary of up to $65k with full benefits. Hours are 9am to 5pm.
You will be joining a growing team with office locations across the tri-state New York metro area.
What You'll be Doing:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
- Assist with and respond to manual payroll adjustments and requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Support payroll-related reporting and audits.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll.
Qualifications:
- Payroll experience required.
- Home care industry experience is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Familiarity with HHAeXchange a plus
- Familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll system is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
