Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Loan Processor. The Senior Loan Processor will be responsible for processing loan applications, preparing and verifying loan documents, underwriting, and communicating with clients and team members. The role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, coordinating loan closing activities, and providing excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Must be able to provide 5 star customer service, excellent communication and problem solving skills, and be able to work well under pressure.
Qualifications
- Experience with Loan Documents and Loan Processing
- Knowledge of Loans and Underwriting
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
