Sucuro is a global financial technology business that takes property from promises to proof. Our blockchain-based technology enables real estate owners to build more trust, transparency and tradability in their assets by providing tamper-proof receipts that verify a property's profitability. Harvard Business Review called Sucuro “the biggest disruption ever to the businesses that manage the $127 trillion of assets under management globally.”
We’re on a mission to bring $1.5 trillion of assets onto our platform by the year 2030 across three key segments: institutional-grade commercial real estate assets, infrastructure assets and residential investment properties.
Head of Residential
This newly created executive position will have full responsibility for the residential investment property segment – a $60 trillion global asset pool. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, you will:
- lead the execution of our go-to-market segment roadmap while bringing your on-the-ground insight to refine and expand it;
- establish and grow strategic partnerships with major property agency groups globally, with an initial focus on Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States;
- craft marketing materials with clarity and simplicity so the owners of single investment properties and small portfolio landlords understand the value of the Sucuro platform;
- collaborate with design and engineering to deliver product improvements based on user feedback and your own operational insights;
- be a visible spokesperson for Sucuro in the channels where key segment stakeholders are present; and
- build and lead a high-performing team as the segment grows.
This position will suit an experienced property executive who has: at least 10 years’ experience in residential property management; deep connections with both property owners and senior peers in residential property management; and high order technical literacy. A familiarity with blockchain technology will be highly regarded.
This position can be based in London, New York or Sydney. Regular international travel will be required. You must be fluent in English. An appropriate executive salary package, including equity in the Sucuro business, will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
