This individual will play a pivotal role in the future growth of a company with over fifteen 15 A Plus assets in the Los Angeles area. Our client is a privately owned firm.
The hired individual will oversee the entire leasing process for a property, from marketing and attracting tenants to negotiating leases and maintaining positive tenant relationships, ultimately aiming to maximize occupancy and property value.
Responsibilities:
- Field real estate broker and tenant calls
- Source new tenant prospects through canvassing and cold-calling.
- Arrange and conduct tours of suites with prospective office tenants
- Negotiate Letters of Intent and Brokerage Commission Agreements
- Assist in-house lawyers with negotiation of Office Lease documents
- Assist in-house space planning and construction teams with tenant improvement planning process
- Provide management with detailed weekly and monthly reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- A dynamic and results-oriented personality
- Four-year college degree
- California Real Estate Salesperson license
- Minimum 5-years of successful track record in the office or retail leasing field
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Confidence to work independently, yet within a highly collaborative environment
- Knowledge of commercial office leases and ability to prepare and present detailed financial analyses to evaluate transactions
