PROJECT LEADERSHIP
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, gathering project details, setting objectives, defining deliverables, and establishing timelines.
- Draft clear and concise project briefs, ensuring all stakeholders have the necessary information.
- Navigate daily challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, effectively communicating under pressure and escalating issues when needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, error-free execution while staying within scope and budget.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring high standards are met throughout production.

- Vendor management experience, overseeing third-party relationships across print, media, photography, and video production.
