Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Associate at EXIT Capital Realty. The Real Estate Associate will be responsible for handling leases, commercial real estate transactions, real estate development, and other real estate-related tasks. The role is located in Sacramento, CA, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling leases and real estate transactions
- Knowledge of commercial real estate and real estate development
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
