Job Title: Asset Manager
Reports To: VP, Asset Management
Direct Reports: none
Office Location: Dallas, TX | Hybrid - 1 remote day/week
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience + 15% annual target bonus

Description:
- Responsible for the performance of assets in affordable housing portfolio
- Perform review of monthly property financial statements
- Assess project and partnership risk factors
- Analyze property performance, valuation, market trends and operational strengths and weaknesses
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Real Estate, Finance, or Business
- 3-5 years of multi-family asset management
- Knowledge of Section 42 (LIHTC)
- Understanding of real estate accounting principles and financial reporting
