Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Laborer located in the Charlotte Metro area. The Laborer will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks including, but not limited to, site preparation, demolition, excavation, and construction clean-up. Duties may also include operating hand tools, machinery, and assisting with the installation of utilities. This role requires the ability to work in various weather conditions and follow safety protocols strictly.
Qualifications
- Experience with site preparation, demolition, and excavation tasks
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and construction machinery
- Ability to follow safety protocols and work in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Previous experience in grading, excavating, or public utilities is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
