Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in San Diego County, CA. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for sales, brokerage, and managing commercial real estate properties on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate License skills
- Brokerage experience
- Sales skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of the San Diego real estate market
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Compensation:
This is a largely 1099-commission only role with the potential to make several hundred thousand per year. You set your own schedule and work on your terms! There are additional referral fees and commissions for signing up leads with the company.
