Role Description
Highline Residential is seeking motivated and professional Real Estate Agents to join our team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This is a full-time, on-site position where agents will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role requires market knowledge, strong client relationship management, and the ability to negotiate transactions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting
- Conduct property tours and market analysis
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure smooth transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay informed on market trends, property values, and industry regulations
- Utilize company tools, including an advanced CRM and AI-driven lead generation, to manage and grow business
Qualifications
- A valid New York State Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one
- Experience in sales, customer service, or real estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real estate market trends in the New York City area
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
