Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for greeting prospects, professionally presenting the features and benefits the property and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greets prospective residents, qualify, and determines needs and preferences, professionally present community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits.
• Performs resident screening and ensure that all prospective residents meet guidelines.
• Completes all lease paperwork including related addenda and accept rents and deposits.
• Completes all lease applications, assist with application verification, and notify prospective residents of the results.
• Enters all prospects into leasing software and up-date information accordingly.
• Inspects move-outs and vacancies.
• Performs clerical and other office management tasks, as assigned.
• Reports issues and/or problems to the Property Manager.
• Organizes and files all applicable reports, leases, and paperwork.
• Monitors turnover of units.
• Ensure marketing materials and posts are up to date and accurate.
• Inspects property when on grounds, pick up litter and report any service needs to maintenance staff.
• Inspects models and “market ready” vacancies daily to ensure cleanliness.
• Assists with the orientation of new residents.
• Fosters and maintains positive resident relations and excellent communications with resident.
• Responds to resident questions, complaints, concerns, and suggestions.
