Personal Assistant with Marketing Expertise – Beauty Industry

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant with a strong marketing background to support a fast-paced beauty entrepreneur. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a keen understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple business needs efficiently. This role requires someone dynamic, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Business Support:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines with precision.
- Handle client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with formal letter writing, proofreading, and internet research.
- Organize business operations, including brand partnerships, product launches, and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and brand partners to ensure smooth business functions.
- Oversee travel arrangements and personal errands as needed.
Marketing & Social Media Coordination:
- Develop and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Wix websites.
- Assist in creating brand identity and distinctive product offerings that align with market trends.
- Produce dynamic written, graphic, and video content for marketing purposes.
- Support brand engagement by driving conversations and community interaction on social channels.
- Conduct market research and track beauty industry trends to align with brand strategies.
- Compose clear, compelling proposals for business collaborations and marketing initiatives.
Sales & Customer Engagement:
- Generate new leads and engage with potential customers via cold calling and direct outreach.
- Enhance the customer experience by providing professional and timely communication.
- Confidently present ideas and proposals to groups of all sizes and levels of management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* 3-4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, or Project Manager.
*Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
* Background in the beauty industry is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
* Experience with cold calling, generating sales leads, and customer engagement.
* A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and high energy.
*Ability to work independently and adapt to an ever-changing business landscape.
* Must have reliable transportation.
